Password recovery

If you are trying to administer a domain name or a service at Netregistry, you will need to login to the Console. There are two options for recovering passwords below.

NOTE: If you are trying to recover the registry domain name passwords, go here. Registry passwords are only relevant if you are trying to transfer a domain name between 2 domain name companies.

Email address has changed?

If your email address has changed, and you are the owner of the domain name, or an authorised officer of the entity that owns the domain name, you can request the passwords be sent to you.

Please fax authorisation to the Accounts Department on relevant letterhead. The department can be reached on (02) 9699 6088. The department will then contact whomever is listed as the Current Contact Account Holder to confirm they wish to accept the instruction.
